Aishwarya Murali
Forward Deployed AI EngineerSummary
I go into a business, find the work still done by hand, and ship the system that takes it over. In 2026 I built Dantra, a multi-tenant practice-management SaaS for dental clinics, alone with Claude Code. It is in production with two clinics. Before that, at Mainfreight, I owned Mainchain, the customer-facing enterprise portal, through launch and 80%+ adoption across 300+ branches, and took 30+ enterprise EDI and API integrations live at 98% straight-through processing, saving clients $2.3M a year. Ten years of SQL, Power BI and Python. Every AI step I ship has a named approver, an eval set and a cost per run.

Experience
Founder and Product Lead
Dental practice software for Indian clinics, sold under each clinic's own name: patient records, tooth charting, treatment plans, GST billing, scheduling and WhatsApp messaging. In production with two clinics.
- Found the market nobody was serving: independent dental clinics running on paper. Set the positioning ("the white-label clinic OS"), three-tier pricing and tier entitlements (branches × chairs × seats).
- Took the product from discovery through 13 prototype iterations to production. Wrote the specs, 8 architecture decision records, the feature status ledger and a risk-based test strategy.
- Built and shipped the production system alone with Claude Code: TypeScript and Next.js on Cloudflare Workers, Postgres with row-level-security tenant isolation, GST-compliant immutable billing, field-level RBAC and audit logging. An AI red-team review of the code found zero critical issues.
- Shipped an approval-gated Claude feature, metered per tenant: the spend cap is checked before each call, output is strict JSON, and nothing is saved until a person approves.
- Designed the WhatsApp Business Platform integration and its message-cost model (utility vs marketing allowances, prepaid credits) to protect unit margins. Wrote up the build-vs-buy decision in an ADR.
- Wrote the investor deck, unit-cost model, launch video, marketing site and a state startup-grant application. Reviewed product, UX, security and go-to-market before launch, each from several AI personas.
